Below Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website www.trendyflooring.co.uk, as well as to browsing products and services available through this website, orders placed with our sales team in-store and over the phone. By placing order with us in any way described above you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions and you are acknowledging that these Terms and Conditions may be updated by us from time to time.  

1. Payment Information

When you place an order to buy goods through this website or with our sales team, payment must be received in full before goods are released for delivery. We do not accept liabilities for any charges applied by banks for bank transfer services. We will send you an email confirmation that your order has been placed and payment has been processed. You can choose to make payment in many different ways: by debit card or credit card.

Please note there is no Saturday delivery option for non-mainland addresses.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order on the next day as order has been placed, with delivery time 2-3 working days to reach your specified delivery address. Delivery times are between 8.00am until 6.00pm, and goods will be delivered by van or lorry, depending on the size of your order. Where possible, we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead times, exceptions may apply. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. We are strongly advice not to book installers until all of your goods have been received and checked.


Goods will only be delivered to the front of the agreed delivery address or to the kerb side. It is important therefore to arrange for adequate help at your time of delivery. At least one person will be required to receive and help to move the goods. When you place an order, it is important that you state all necessary requirements and restrictions that may affect your delivery. Unless stated otherwise, it will be assumed that the delivery address will be fully accessible.

On arrival

All deliveries must be signed for.
It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival.
If you received damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the delivery paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless they have been noted and signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because there is nobody at home, there is inadequate help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 48hrs before the delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is  £70.00 incl. VAT.    

3. Return and Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, you may return or exchange them for the full refund, subject to conditions of this policy.

If you wish to cancel your order, which has not been delivered yet, please contact our Customer Service Team 72 hours before delivery date and we will update your order details and process refund.

If you wish return part/ whole of your order or exchange the goods you can do so within the 28 days from delivery date. Returning goods must be in new conditions, complete and unused. You must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please note the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and you must ensure that they are packed adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this result in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. Please download and complete this form to request a returns authorisation number. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and at your own cost and must be returned to:

You can usually expect your refund within 72 hours of the goods being received and inspected. However, refunds can take between 3-5 days to show in your account. A 25% will be deducted from your refund when returning pack products that have been purchased in-store.

Please note - the above returns policy do not apply to bespoke products, those products made to your specifications or any products that are cut from a rolls to your required measurements.      

4. Click and Collect

If you are located near our store in Orpington, you might be interested in using our Click and Collect service. It’s easy, convenient and you don't pay delivery charges.

Browse products on our website to find what you are looking for today, choose reserve on checkout and pick it up at a time that is convenient for you. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation with your Order Number. Please bring it to the store, when you come to collect your goods. All orders placed online are usually available for collection within 2 working days. Please note, depending on size of your order, some items might require longer lead time, before become available for collection. Most flooring finishing products and adhesive are available for collection on the next day. We will send you confirmation email as soon as your order is available for collection. We hope you will find it convenient to use our Click and Collect service and hope to see you in our store soon.

Products on our website comes with manufacturer's guarantee. Please contact our customer service team to request copy of manufacturer's guarantee terms for the product of your interest.

    We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will never store your credit/debit card information on our website. All electronic transactions you make to or receive from us are encrypted using SSL technology and  transferred and processed by SagePay. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
