Return and Cancellation Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, you may return or exchange them for the full refund, subject to conditions of this policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, which has not been delivered yet, please contact our Customer Service Team 72 hours before delivery date and we will update your order details and process refund.
If you wish return part/whole of your order or exchange the goods you can do so within the 28 days from delivery date. Returning goods must be in new conditions, complete and unused. You must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please note the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and you must ensure that they are packed adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this result in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. Please download and complete this form to request a returns authorisation number. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and at your own cost and must be returned to:

You can usually expect your refund within 72 hours of the goods being received and inspected. However, refunds can take between 3-5 days to show in your account. A 25% will be deducted from your refund when returning pack products that have been purchased in-store.
