Please note there is no Saturday delivery option for non-mainland addresses.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day as order has been placed, with delivery time 2-3 working days to reach your specified delivery address.  Delivery times are between 8.00am until 6.00pm, and goods will be delivered by van or lorry, depending on the size of your order. Where possible, we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead times, exceptions may apply. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. We are strongly advice not to book installers until all of your goods have been received and checked.

Accessibility

Goods will only be delivered to the front of the agreed delivery address or to the kerb side. It is important therefore to arrange for adequate help at your time of delivery. At least one person will be required to receive and help to move the goods. When you place an order, it is important that you state all necessary requirements and restrictions that may affect your delivery. Unless stated otherwise, it will be assumed that the delivery address will be fully accessible.

On arrival

ALL deliveries must be signed for.

It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you received damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the delivery paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless they have been noted and signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because there is nobody at home, there is inadequate help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 48hrs before the delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is an £ 70.00 incl. VAT.

International Deliveries

Currently we don’t offer international shipment on orders placed via our website. If you would like you order to be delivered overseas, please contact our sales team to place an order.
